Mauna (Silence) & Nada (Music)

with

Sri Ganapathy Sachchidananda Swamiji

4 - 9 March 2025

in Lenzerheide, Switzerland

According to Sri Swamiji the practise of Mauna, of being silent deliberately, is a very powerful means on our spiritual path, and for getting peace of mind. It is being practised by many other traditons as well.

We are happy to organize such a Mauna Seminar in Switzerland for the fourth time. Sri Swamiji said that he will give us more guidance into silence, and: “Don't miss this Mauna Seminar in Switzerland!"

It will be held for the first time in the cold season, in March 2025, at Lenzerheide, a location 1500m above sea level and is surrounded by 2500m mountains. Walking in this clear mountain air is healing for body, mind and spirit. At this location with wonderful energy we can become still and silence our thoughts.

Following the seminar, Sri Swamiji will immerse us in the world of Nada, in the world of sound, with a concert.
