Accommodation, Seminar and Concert Tickets

 

Registration for the seminar and accommodation in Kurhaus Hotel are made through DYC Switzerland. Your written registration is binding. Please send the completed online registration form by 1 November 2024.

Concert tickets of all categories can be purchased with seminar registration through DYC Switzerland until

30 September 2024. After 1 October 2024 category A and B concert tickets can only be purchased through the online ticket sales, which will be published in due time.

Confirmation and Payment Information

 

Following registration you will receive a confirmation. Concert seats will be allocated according to date of registration. Registration is confirmed as soon as a prepayment is received: CHF 500 (if booking seminar and accommodation in Kurhaus Hotel) or CHF 320 (if only booking seminar and concert ticket), at the latest by 31 August 2024. If necessary payment by installment can be arranged with Susanna Savitri: mauna2025@dyc.ch.

After 31 August 2024 more information will be sent concerning the visit and transportation. The concert tickets will be given out at the venue, as mentioned before.

 

The payment of the balance must be made by 1 November 2024.

 

Please write the name of the person registering and the purpose of payment 'Silent Retreat 2025' when making the payment.

Cancellation Policy

 

Cancellations made before 30 November 2024 will be charged a cancellation fee of CHF 50. Cancellations made after
1 December 2024 will be charged the following cancellation fees:

 

from 1 December 2024 -> 25% of the booking through DYC Switzerland.

from 1 January 2025 -> 50% of the booking through DYC Switzerland.

from 1 February 2025 -> 100% of the booking through DYC Switzerland.

 

We recommend getting cancellation insurance.

Please note

 

Although Sri Swamiji can cancel an event for various reasons at short notice, we still have to keep our contract with the hotel, so we would still hold the seminar with his blessing. In the case of a cancellation by Sri Swamiji the participants have a legal responsibility towards the hotel they booked in. However, seminar costs and concert tickets will be refunded in full to those who don't want to participate.
